One of the definitions of "scripture" rarely utilized is that of "authoritative statement." However, this understanding is clearly captured in Jesus' declaration of what he intended to create in his life.

God has plans for me today. Today I acknowledge God’s presence in my life. The presence of the Divine is my unceasing reminder that exciting and purpose-filled ideas and opportunities are awaiting me. In every word I speak and every action that I take, I tap into God’s plans for my life today. I am not a spectator of my life. Rather, with Spirit, I am a creator and participator in God’s plans for my life. I am conscious of the leading and guidance of Spirit within me. Therefore, I resist the temptation to be distracted, dismayed, or disenchanted by oppositions that may arise; instead I choose to utilize my oppositions as moments for more of my divine creative ability to be made known. Today, God’s plans are manifested in and through me.

Your life is about unfoldment... God is not progressing or improving. What improves is our understanding of God, and as this happens all our conditions necessarily improve too. There never was a time in your history when God was not all that God is today, and there never can come a time when God will be any more that God is today. God is continually expressing Godself in new ways, but this is not improvement; it is unfoldment... Your life is simply part of this unfoldment and that is the only reason for you existing at all.

Public opinion is a weak tyrant compared with our own private opinion. What a man thinks of himself, that is which determines, or rather indicates his fate. - Henry David Thoreau

Who are we? A conduit for total Acceptance and Freedom/Transformation.
What are we? A spiritual community (environment or space that promotes, fosters and nurtures who we are) that is supported by an organizational framework with resources that allows for and facilitates expansion.
Real Life Today Church (RLTC) has taken on an inner call and conviction to establish a local church that will create and hold the space for self-discovery and acceptance - an environment that allows for real transformation and liberation. The lives of many people are burdened by the threat of meaninglessness. However, we believe that God has purposed every life to have impact; as a result, we are not only reverent, but also relevant. It is incredibly rewarding and exhilarating to know God through one's own lived experience.
Our life and ministry experiences have been preparatory for this very relevant and bold ministry endeavor through which people can transform the place they live into the place they love - a place of purpose and meaning.
We invite you to share in the worship, the friendship and the fellowship, all in an environment designed to foster true growth.
Live your real life!
